For example, on the exterior railing, they had to purchase additional paint - as the wood was really soaking up the paint. They didn't charge us for the extra time or cost of the extra paint. The interior project was hard because a light color paint joins a dark red paint. They did a meticulous job cutting in the lines where the two colors of paint joined.
